Application Process

Hot-Dip Galvanizing (HDG): Steel cable trays are first cleaned to remove dirt, rust, and mill scale, then immersed in molten zinc at approximately 450°C. This creates a metallurgical bond between the steel and zinc, forming a thick, durable coating that includes zinc-iron alloy layers for superior corrosion resistance . Cold-Dip Galvanizing: Involves applying a zinc-rich paint or spray containing 90–95% zinc powder directly onto the steel surface at room temperature.
