  • Remove the green connector from the existing cable attached to your modem or ONT.
  • Insert the green end of the fiber cable into the corresponding port on your new modem or ONT, ensuring correct orientation .
  • Avoid bending the fiber cable sharply, as this can affect signal quality.

Step 3: Power On and Activate

  • Connect the power cord to your modem or ONT and plug it into an electrical outlet.
  • Wait for the device to activate, which may take up to 15 minutes. You will see three solid white lights when the modem is ready .
  • If using an ONT, you may need to disconnect it from the outlet, loosen the screw under the yellow triangle on the back, unplug the fiber cable, and reconnect it to your new modem before powering on .
