Composite channel trays are lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and electrically non-conductive, making them ideal for chemical plants, power plants, and commercial buildings . They are designed to support static cable loads with standard support spans of 8, 10, or 12 feet, depending on the tray width and thickness . The choice of resin and tray design should consider corrosion environment, temperature, fire resistance, and electrical conductivity requirements .
