How long will it take to build my website?
All pay per month websites will be ready for your review in 7 business days after you have provided the content. Note that the pay monthly packages includes continuous improvement of the site based on your request.
Am I tied to any contract?
We don’t fancy long term contracts either! To fully own the designs, you must be subscibed for one year. You are free to leave and unsubscribe after period of 1 year. We are 100% certain that it won’t come to this. In an event that you decide to leave after 1 year, we will provide you with a backup of your website and transfer the domain to your account.
Do I own the rights to the designs?
You are the owner of the domain and website. You are free to make any changes and ammendments as you please. The domain will be registered under your name. Our role is to create and keep your website healthy.
What happens If I don't make payments?
When payment is not received on time, we will only deactivate your website but we won’t delete the site (at least in 2 months). Once renew the subscription, the website will be automatically re-activated. After 2 months, if we won’t have heard from you, we will delete the website to free up space for other serious clients.
What If I want custom functionalities?
We are WordPress website experts with a satisfaction rate of over 98%. We will be able to add more custom features or create a customized website for you any time. Contact us with your requirements.
